Eligibility for Returns

Used, opened or unwrapped products will not be accepted as returns. You may also be eligible for a return or exchange if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item has been sent to you. For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept the return of perishable pet food items, but if they are faulty or compromised on delivery, we offer return.

Return Process

In order to return an item, please notify us by sending an email to [email protected]; please include the details of your order (order number and what you purchased) and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, further instructions will be provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued when the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your bank account. Processing times may also vary depending on your payment provider. Shipping is non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our end.
